As you may be aware, our retail outlets are unfortunately currently closed per the Stage 4 lockdowns in Victoria. Despite the lockdown, our online and warehouse team have been working non-stop to dispatch all your orders within 1 business day. 
During this process we received some very positive and constructive feedback to offer an even faster service to those in need! Therefore' Introducing our Same Day Delivery Service!

Contact Us To Place Order	Order Received And Dispatched	Items Delivered!
LiveChat, Call or Email us the product(s) your wish to purchase along with your suburb and we will check whether you qualify for our Same Day Delivery!*	A Purchase link will be sent to you and once the order is in we will dispatch to our delivery driver. You will receive confirmations along the way!	Our Delivery Driver will be on their way to your nominated address! They will contact you once they arrive with your purchase! It's that Simple!

What Products Are Part Of The Same Day Delivery?
All Consumer and Enterprise drone and gimbal purchases will qualify for Free Same Day Delivery (except for the Tello).
Consumer And Enterprise accessory purchases may be eligible for an additional fee.
What are your payment methods?
Bank Deposit is preferred, however we also accept PayPal and ZipMoney. 
Will the delivery be COVID-Safe?
Our delivery drivers are required to sanitise their hands before and after handling each package along with wearing a mask. 
Can you do same day delivery outside Metro Areas?
Unfortunately we are only able to offer same day delivery for Metro Melbourne, however we can utilise Express Post or Direct Freight Express to have the delivery made in 1-2 business days.
Do I need any Verification?
Yes you will need to email us a proof of address (through a bank statement, license,etc) and must present the ID upon request of the driver.
When will the delivery arrive?
We are operating our delivery service right up until 8 PM AEST at this current stage. 
What happens when the delivery does not Arrive?
We will re-route the delivery for the following day and make contact with you to notify if an event like this will happen.
Will you deliver when I am not home?
Unfortunately we can only deliver if you are at the place of residence . If you are not home, we will make contact with you to have an re-attempted delivery. 
Can I get a 1 on 1 class with the driver?
Unfortunately the driver will not be allowed to provide a 1 on 1 class, instead refer to our New Pilot Experience. 
Are the delivery drivers scared of dogs?
