DJI’s official Maintenance Program is now available at D1 Store! Our team of expert technicians is ready to provide your drone with quality assured servicing to make sure your DJI drone is flying safely and efficiently. 

Why is maintenance needed?

As a complex piece of engineering, your DJI drone - much like your car, phone or computer - works best with regular cleaning and maintenance. By regularly servicing your DJI drone you can ensure optimal performance, efficiency and safety from your DJI drone, alongside improved recordkeeping so you always know what condition your drone is in.

Official DJI maintenance is the only way to ensure that your DJI drone is properly assessed and serviced by a qualified DJI technician. It’s also the best way to ensure that your drone stays in tip-top shape with official maintenance reports and DJI quality assurance. It should also be noted that maintenance performed by non-authorised parties voids any warranty applicable to your DJI product.

How do I get my DJI product serviced?

You can get your eligible DJI drone serviced at D1 Store in 4 easy steps: 

1. Purchase the DJI Maintenance program for your eligible drone here.  

2. Our team will organise a time for you to drop your drone off at our store. Alternative transport can be arranged if store drop off is not feasible. 

3. Our trained maintenance technicians will perform the service. 

4. Once completed, you will be notified when your drone is ready for collection.
