What's Care Refresh

DJI Care Refresh is an exclusive service plan offered by DJI for DJI drones, cameras and gimbals. It's a comprehensive service plan that covers your product for one or two years with full coverage for repairs and replacements. With Care Refresh you’ll receive prioritised replacement servicing including for accidental water damage to get you back to filming in no time!

Your DJI product is eligible for Care Refresh if it meets the following criteria:

▪ Brand new unactivated product
▪ Activated for less than 48 hours
▪ Genuine Australian Stock

What if my product doesn’t meet the criteria?
Great question! If you’ve got a recently purchased product that has exceeded 48 hours of activation, we’re here to help! Luckily, with just a few simple verification photos, your like-new drone can still have DJI Care Refresh bound to it! T&Cs apply.

Android Integration
One of the best parts of the RC Pro is its custom Android software integration that is optimised for the Mavic 3’s DJI Fly app. Android integration also allows you to effectively use the RC Pro as an Android tablet with support for web browsing, social media and third-party app installation for content sharing and editing.

The RC Pro was engineered with durability in mind, resulting in a heavy-duty, compact form factor that is comfortable to hold and can withstand the elements. Ideal for missions in extreme climates, the RC Pro remains fully functional and delivers stable transmission in temperatures from -20°C to 40°C - perfect for snowy mountains and arid deserts.
