Wider, Stronger Arms
The RS3 Pro features wider, stronger gimbal arms that are designed for supporting the larger, wider cameras that have hit the pro-videography market over recent years.
These reinforced gimbal arms are ideal for supporting some of the larger, wider cameras many pro videographers currently opt for including the Canon C70, RED Komodo and the BlackMagic Pocket Cinema series (Pocket 4K, Pocket 6K and Pocket 6K Pro).
Automated Axis Locks
The DJI RS3 Pro also features a small but significant design update that’s bound to make life easier when you’re out and about filming for extended periods of time.
The new automated axis locks allow you to simply press and hold the power and have the gimbal axes automatically unlock and expand. Need to pack down in a hurry? Press and hold and you’re ready to go.

All New Controls
OLED Touchscreen
DJI Pro users loved the introduction of an LCD touchscreen display on the ultra-popular DJI RS2, that’s why you’ll love the improved OLED touchscreen display found on the DJI RS3 Pro. RS3 Pro features the largest touchscreen display on a DJI Ronin to date, with a crystal clear, 1.8” OLED touchscreen, now in colour!
This, paired with a vastly improved settings menu designed to take advantage of this new touchscreen, makes accessing important settings on the fly easier than ever.
Mode Switching Toggle
Switching between operating modes is easier than ever on RS3 Pro with a new mode toggle switch built into the right hand side of the control interface. This new toggle allows you to easily switch between Pan, Pan and Tilt and FPV modes.

What Else Can the RS3 Do?
LiDAR Autofocus
With the help of the new DJI LiDAR Range Finder (RS), the RS3 Pro is capable of fully-autonomous autofocus, eliminating the busywork from capturing the perfect shot each and every time. This new autofocus solution pairs with the DJI RS Focus Motor to automatically pull focus from up to 14 metres away based on the most prominent subject in your shot.
The RS LiDAR Range Finder uses over 43,000 ranging points to determine the correct focal length and pull focus, even when using a traditional manual lens.
Intelligent Functions
In keeping with tradition, the DJI RS3 Pro is packed with intelligent functions designed to make your filming life easier. With RS3 Pro you can experience easy filmmaking solutions with intelligent functions including Panorama, Track and more!
Professional Expandability
With support for a wide range of professional equipment, the RS3 Pro truly lives up to its Pro name. With its detachable gimbal head, the RS3 Pro can be mounted onto virtually any pre-existing videography tool including tripods, jibs, car mounts and more!

What Cameras Does the RS3 Pro Support?
With stronger motors allowing for an upgraded maximum payload capacity of 4.5 KG, the RS3 Pro is compatible with a variety of cameras including everyday DSLRs and mirrorless cameras and even some lightweight cinema camera options.
This means that RS3 Pro provides support for popular larger cameras including the Canon R3, BlackMagic 4K and even the RED Komodo 6K!
