Have your Care Refresh code and photos ready — it keeps things moving.

  1. Check eligibility

    Activated under 2 months ago, Australian stock, and no existing damage — including water damage.

  2. Submit the form

    Send your contact details, serial number, Care Refresh code, activation date, and plan selection.

  3. Attach photos

    Upload a clear photo of the serial number on the drone, plus a full photo of the aircraft.

  4. We verify

    Our team processes requests within 2–5 business days (longer over holidays).

Frequently asked questions

Where can I find my DJI Care Refresh activation code?

DJI Care Refresh is sold separately to the drone. If you purchased from D1 Store, you'll find the activation code on your invoice as the Serial Number. If you haven't purchased Care Refresh yet, buy it first — then use today's date when activating to bypass the 48-hour check. After purchase, an automated email with your activation code is sent (check junk/spam).

What condition does my drone need to be in?

Your drone must be Australian stock and have no damage whatsoever, including water damage. It must be in like-new condition to be eligible for Care Refresh beyond 48 hours.

How long after activation can this process be used?

This process can only be used on products that have been activated for up to 2 months. If your drone has been activated for longer than 2 months, you will be required to submit additional photos.

How long does the verification process take?

Depending on when the verification files were submitted, it can take between 2–5 business days, with additional time during holiday periods.
