DJI Chatswood Opening Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Win 1 × DJI Pocket 4P Standard Combo (White). Enter on RedNote or Instagram during the Entry Period for your chance to win. No purchase necessary. One (1) winner will be selected at random. The prize is collected in-store at DJI Westfield Chatswood.

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. Entry is free. No purchase is required. A RedNote entry is limited to one (1) entry per customer. On Instagram, each unique friend you tag is one entry.

1. Promoter

The promoter is D1 Store Pty Ltd (ABN 49 618 215 044) of 421 Victoria Street, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (“Promoter”). Contact: info@d1store.com.au / 03 9380 8588.

2. Promotion

“DJI Chatswood Opening Giveaway” (the “Promotion”).

3. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Entry is online only, via RedNote (Xiaohongshu) or Instagram, as set out below.
  • Directors, officers, management and employees of the Promoter (and its related bodies corporate), agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible.
  • The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and residency to verify eligibility.

4. Entry Period

All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).

  • Entry Period: from 12:00 am Tuesday 29 September 2026 to 11:59 pm Saturday 31 October 2026.

Entries received outside the Entry Period are invalid.

5. How to enter

There are two ways to enter. A customer may enter on one platform or both. Entries from both platforms are added together. There is no cost to enter and no purchase is required. Standard data charges from your provider may apply and are your responsibility.

A. RedNote — one entry only

During the Entry Period, on the RedNote account DJI大疆｜澳大利亚:

  • Follow DJI大疆｜澳大利亚; and
  • Like and save the Chatswood opening post; and
  • Leave a comment on that post sharing what you look forward to at DJI Chatswood.

Completing those steps gives you one (1) RedNote entry. Further comments, likes, or saves do not create extra RedNote entries. Multiple RedNote accounts do not create extra entries. The follow, like, save, and comment must still be in place at the close of the Entry Period.

B. Instagram — one entry per unique tag

During the Entry Period, on the Promoter’s Instagram account @djistoreau:

  • Follow @djistoreau; and
  • Like the Chatswood opening post; and
  • Tag one or more friends in a comment on that post.

Each unique Instagram account you tag counts as one (1) entry, provided you have liked the post and are following @djistoreau at the close of the Entry Period. One tag is one entry. Five different people tagged is five entries.

  • Tagging the same account more than once counts as one tag.
  • Tagging yourself does not count.
  • Tagging @djistoreau, or any other account operated by the Promoter, does not count.
  • The Promoter may disregard a tag it reasonably believes is a fake account, a bot, or an account created to manufacture entries.

The follow, like, and tags must still be in place, and the tags must still be visible on the post, at the close of the Entry Period.

The Promoter’s record of eligible entries at the close of the Entry Period is final.

6. Prize

  • There will be one (1) winner.
  • The prize is 1 × DJI Pocket 4P Standard Combo (White), as sold by the Promoter. If that colour or model is unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an equivalent Pocket 4P Standard Combo of equal or greater value.
  • The prize does not include DJI Care Refresh, accessories sold separately, gift cards, or delivery.
  • The prize must be collected in person at DJI Westfield Chatswood. It will not be posted.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications. The winner should seek independent advice.

7. Draw

  • The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will be conducted on or about Sunday 1 November 2026 at the Promoter’s premises in Brunswick, Victoria.
  • Where a customer has more than one eligible entry, each entry is a separate chance in the draw.

8. Winner announcement, contact, and collection

  • The winner will be announced on or about 1 November 2026 on the Promoter’s D1 RedNote account and D1 Business WeChat Moments.
  • If the winning entry was made on RedNote, the Promoter will contact the winner by RedNote direct message.
  • If the winning entry was made on Instagram, the Promoter will contact the winner by Instagram direct message to the account that entered.
  • The winner must respond, complete any reasonable verification, and collect the prize in person at DJI Westfield Chatswood within fourteen (14) days of announcement (or direct contact, whichever is earlier). The winner must show photo identification and be able to demonstrate control of the social account that submitted the winning entry.
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, does not claim the prize, or cannot collect it at DJI Westfield Chatswood within that time, the Promoter may redraw from remaining eligible entries.

9. Verification and disqualification

The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms, uses multiple accounts to gain extra RedNote entries, manufactures Instagram tags, or engages in misleading, fraudulent, or unfair conduct.

10. Privacy

Personal information (including the social-account details reasonably available to the Promoter) is collected to run the Promotion, announce and contact the winner, and deliver the prize, and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to that use, including publication of your social display name (or first name and suburb) in connection with announcing the winner.

11. Social platforms

This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with RedNote (Xiaohongshu), Instagram, or Meta. You release those platforms from any liability in connection with the Promotion. You must comply with the applicable platform terms when you enter.

12. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited, excluded or modified. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.

13. General

  • The Promoter may amend these Terms or suspend/cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary (including for technical, security, or legal reasons), provided it does so fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right is not a waiver.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
