Win 1 × Osmo Pocket 4P Standard Combo. Add any D1 Business WeChat account during the Entry Period for your chance to win. No purchase necessary. One (1) winner will be selected at random.

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winner. Entry is free. No purchase is required.

1. Promoter

The promoter is D1 Store Pty Ltd (ABN 49 618 215 044) of 421 Victoria Street, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (“Promoter”). Contact: info@d1store.com.au / 03 9380 8588.

2. Promotion

“D1 Business WeChat Osmo Pocket 4P Giveaway” (the “Promotion”).

3. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Entry is available online and in D1 Store retail locations (by adding a D1 Business WeChat account).
  • Directors, officers, management and employees of the Promoter (and its related bodies corporate), agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible.
  • The Promoter may request proof of age, identity and residency to verify eligibility.

4. Entry Period

All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

  • Entry Period: from 12:00 am Thursday 30 July 2026 to 11:59 pm Monday 31 August 2026.

Entries received outside the Entry Period are invalid.

5. How to enter

To enter during the Entry Period:

  • Add any D1 Business WeChat account operated by the Promoter (online or via in-store QR / staff assistance); and
  • Remain added as a contact on that D1 Business WeChat account until the draw (or until the winner is announced, whichever is later).

One (1) entry per customer only. Multiple WeChat accounts, duplicate adds, or adding more than one D1 Business WeChat account will not create additional entries. The Promoter’s records of WeChat contacts are final.

There is no cost to enter and no purchase is required. Standard data / WeChat usage charges from your provider may apply and are your responsibility.

6. Prize

  • There will be one (1) prize.
  • The prize is 1 × Osmo Pocket 4P Standard Combo, as sold by the Promoter (or an equivalent product of equal or greater value if that model is unavailable).
  • The prize does not include DJI Care Refresh, accessories sold separately, gift cards, or delivery / shipping unless the Promoter elects to arrange delivery at its cost.
  • The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash, except as required by law.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications. The winner should seek independent advice.

7. Draw

  • The winner will be selected by a random electronic draw from all eligible entries.
  • The draw will be conducted on or about Tuesday 1 September 2026 at the Promoter’s premises in Brunswick, Victoria.

8. Winner announcement and claim

  • The winner will be announced on or about 1 September 2026 on D1 Business WeChat Moments and the Promoter’s RedNote (Xiaohongshu) account.
  • The Promoter may also contact the winner directly via WeChat using the account that entered.
  • The winner must respond and complete any reasonable verification / prize-claim steps within fourteen (14) days of announcement (or direct contact, whichever is earlier).
  • If the winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, or does not claim the prize within that time, the Promoter may redraw from remaining eligible entries.

9. Verification and disqualification

The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms, creates multiple WeChat identities to gain extra entries, or engages in misleading, fraudulent, or unfair conduct.

10. Privacy

Personal information (including WeChat identity details reasonably available to the Promoter) is collected to run the Promotion, announce and contact the winner, and deliver the prize, and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to that use, including publication of your WeChat display name (or first name and suburb) in connection with announcing the winner.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited, excluded or modified. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. General

  • The Promoter may amend these Terms or suspend/cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary (including for technical, security, or legal reasons), provided it does so fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right is not a waiver.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
