Osmo Pocket 4P Pre-Order Giveaway — Terms & Conditions

Your order could be FREE — up to AUD $1,499. Place an order during an Offer Period that must contain a qualifying Osmo Pocket 4P product (listed below) and you’ll go into the draw to have your order amount credited back, up to a maximum of AUD $1,499. One (1) winner per Offer Period, selected at random.

This is a game of chance. Skill plays no part in determining the winners. Eligible orders must contain one of the qualifying Osmo Pocket 4P products listed below. The prize is the order amount up to AUD $1,499 and does not include delivery / shipping fees.

1. Promoter

The promoter is D1 Store Pty Ltd (ABN 49 618 215 044) of 421 Victoria Street, Brunswick VIC 3056, Australia (“Promoter”). Contact: info@d1store.com.au / 03 9380 8588.

2. Promotion

“Osmo Pocket 4P Pre-Order Giveaway” (the “Promotion”).

3. Eligibility

  • Open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
  • Entry is available online at d1store.com.au and in D1 Store retail locations.
  • Directors, officers, management and employees of the Promoter (and its related bodies corporate), agencies or companies associated with this Promotion, and their immediate families, are ineligible.
  • The Promoter may request proof of age, identity, residency and purchase to verify eligibility.

4. Offer Periods

All times are Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST).

  • Draw #1 Offer Period: 10:00 pm Thursday 30 July 2026 to 11:59 pm Friday 31 July 2026.
  • Draw #2 Offer Period: 12:00 am Saturday 1 August 2026 to 11:59 pm Friday 7 August 2026.

Orders placed outside an Offer Period are not eligible for that draw.

5. How to enter

During an Offer Period, place a paid order (online or in-store) that must contain at least one of the following qualifying products:

  • Osmo Pocket 4P Standard Combo
  • Osmo Pocket 4P Vlog Combo
  • Osmo Pocket 4P Early Bird Bundle
  • Osmo Pocket 4P Early Bird Vlog Bundle
  • Osmo Pocket 4P Ultimate Combo
  • Osmo Pocket 4P Ultimate Vlog Combo

Orders that do not contain one of the products listed above are not eligible. Each qualifying order receives one (1) entry into the draw for the Offer Period in which the order is placed (based on the Promoter’s order timestamp).

There is no additional entry fee beyond the normal purchase price. Cancelled, unpaid, fraudulent, or fully refunded orders before the relevant draw are not eligible entries.

6. Prize

  • There will be one (1) prize per Offer Period (two prizes in total).
  • Each prize is a return of the order amount paid on the winning qualifying order, up to a maximum of AUD $1,499 per winner (including GST).
  • “Order amount” means the total amount paid for products on the winning order. If the order amount is less than AUD $1,499, the prize equals that order amount. If the order amount is more than AUD $1,499, the prize is capped at AUD $1,499.
  • The prize does not include delivery / shipping fees.
  • The total maximum prize pool for the Promotion is AUD $2,998 (being AUD $1,499 × two winners).
  • The prize will be provided as a refund to the original payment method, or as store credit, at the Promoter’s reasonable election (or as agreed with the winner), within a reasonable time after winner verification.
  • Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for other goods, except as required by law.
  • The Promoter accepts no responsibility for tax implications. Winners should seek independent advice.

7. Draws

  • Winners will be selected by a random electronic draw from all eligible entries for that Offer Period.
  • Draw #1: conducted on or about Monday 3 August 2026 at 12:00 pm AEST at the Promoter’s premises in Brunswick, Victoria.
  • Draw #2: conducted on or about Monday 10 August 2026 at 12:00 pm AEST at the Promoter’s premises in Brunswick, Victoria.

8. Winner notification and unclaimed prizes

  • Winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the contact details on the winning order within seven (7) days of the relevant draw.
  • Winners may be published by first name and suburb on the Promoter’s website and/or social channels.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted, fails verification, or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter may redraw from remaining eligible entries.

9. Verification and disqualification

The Promoter may verify entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms, or engages in misleading, fraudulent, or unfair conduct.

10. Privacy

Personal information is collected to run the Promotion, notify winners, and deliver prizes, and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. By entering, you consent to that use.

11. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies any consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be limited, excluded or modified. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or from acceptance or use of a prize, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or wilful misconduct.

12. General

  • The Promoter may amend these Terms or suspend/cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary (including for technical, security, or legal reasons), provided it does so fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
  • Failure by the Promoter to enforce any right is not a waiver.
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Entrants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
