DJI FlyCart 100 is a heavy-lift cargo drone with a 100 kg payload winch, dual batteries, and coaxial dual-rotor propulsion for mountain rescue and construction logistics. Maximum payload is 85 kg with dual batteries.

A 100 kg payload winch system pays out a 0 to 30 m cable at up to 1.2 m/s. A dual-battery lifting system uses a 10 m cable. 62-inch carbon-fibre propellers sit on eight coaxial rotor pairs. The airframe is IP55 rated and operates from -20° to 40° C. Together, the winch and lifting systems let crews carry loads to a landing zone or lower them where the aircraft cannot land.

DJI FlyCart 100 gives delivery crews up to 14 minutes of flight time on dual batteries, or up to 7 minutes on a single battery, at 149.9 kg takeoff weight. Wind, payload, and hover reduce flight time.

Dual-battery range is up to 12 km, and single-battery range is up to 6 km, in a windless 25 C lab test to 0% charge. Horizontal speed is specified to 20 m/s, with climb and descent at 5 m/s. Maximum takeoff altitude is 6,000 m AMSL without payload.

DJI FlyCart 100 is rated IP55 for heavy dust or rain, and is specified to operate from -20° to 40° C. Takeoff and landing wind resistance is 12 m/s.

The ingress rating is not permanent and does not cover the propulsion system. After rain, idle on the ground for one minute. In Australia, maximum takeoff weight is restricted to 150 kg.

DJI FlyCart 100 ships with a LiDAR unit, a penta-vision set, and millimetre-wave radar on the front, rear, and underside. This sensing stack is built into the airframe for emergency response sorties.

LiDAR field of view is 272° vertical and 60° horizontal. Effective sensing range is specified to 60 m and varies with light, rain, fog, and the obstacle. Night navigation lighting faces forward and down. DJI AirSense is supported.

DJI FlyCart 100 uses DJI O4 video transmission. Unobstructed, interference-free range is 10 km under CE and 20 km under FCC. Live view is 1080p/30fps on a 4-antenna 2T4R array.

The TKPL 2 remote controller runs DJI Delivery App on a 7-inch 1920 × 1200, 1400-nit screen. 4G enhanced transmission is supported. Dual-operator mode needs a second controller, sold separately.
