After DJI Care Refresh is purchased, you MUST bind your DJI drone or gimbal to your DJI Care Refresh service plan.
Please note: you will have only a LIMITED WINDOW to bind DJI Care Refresh after the activation of your product.
Drones = 48 hours after activation
Gimbals = 30 days after activation

Simply enter your DJI Care Refresh Activation Code, slide to verify and hit next.
Please Note: Your Activation Code is the serial number under your DJI Care Refresh on your D1 Store Receipt.
If you have received the error "Your Product has been activated for over 48 hours...", please visit here.

Enter your personal details onto the form and submit.
After 5 - 10 minutes after submission, you should receive a full contract with its terms and conditions in your mailbox.
In order to use Flyaway Coverage, users MUST have bound their DJI account and remote controller with their aircraft using the DJI Fly app. If this binding operation has not been completed prior to experiencing a flyaway incident, Flyaway Coverage cannot be used.
Enter [Profile] –> [Device Management] –> [Account and Device] , and tap [Bind to Account].
Enter [Profile] –> [Device Management] –> [Value-added Service], and tap [Bind New RC].
If you drone has been activated for more than 48 hours, you will need to take two simple additional steps to get your service plan bound.
Simply fill out the form with your details and our team will get in contact with you for your verification photos (see below), so it is recommended to have the photos ready to go.
Simple take two photos of the following (samples below):
1. Serial Number on the Drone
2. Full photo of the Drone.
Please note: Your drone cannot be already damaged.
