We are looking for a Sales Assistant/Specialist to join our growing Enterprise Team and be in charge of growing your account along with yourself. Your responsibilities will include:

We are currently the fastest growing retailer & dealer in the Australian Drone market and are looking to add to our sales team. Currently we have retail outlets in 8 key locations with Brunswick being our center of operations.
At D1, we specialize in DJI products as we are the First and Only Authorised Retail Store in Australia and one of the key DJI Enterprise Dealers. Our inventory also consists of accessories from a range of different brands including PGYTECH, GPC, UGREEN and D1 Labs.
Our success has been attributed to our passionate team, company philosophy of continuous improvement and our high level of customer service and product knowledge. This is backed by our stores having well over 3000 ratings ranging from 4.6 to 4.9.
About the Position
We are looking for a full time sales person to join our National Sales Team at our Head Office located in Brunswick. This is an office based role with occasional face to face selling in our showroom. You will be trained by our team on how the products operate, their USP as well as sales tactics.
We believe in our staff using the product to get a better understanding of how it all works, so there are plenty of opportunities to borrow the products.
The key responsibility of the role is handling leads day to day. These leads come in via phone calls, emails, website enquiries and in person visits. There are opportunities to attend industry events and product demonstrations along with job rotation through our ever expanding departments.

About the Role
With the re-opening of all our states and stores, we're looking to add additional team members to join our team to help facilitate in-store sales with the opportunity to enter management roles.
Your responsibilities will involve phone calls, store sales, stock take, cash and technical support. There will be KPI's and other targets involved with the role with a competitive remuneration package. You will be trained in all DJI consumer products along with sales & operations.
This role is open in all 8 of our retail outlets.
What we are looking for
Driven and motivated individuals who are looking to personally develop with sales experience, either retail or phone. Drone experience is not necessary, however having experience selling consumer electronics is preferred.
The individual who will be most successful will need to have excellent communication and listening skills along with being a team player (as we are very team driven). You will also be given opportunities with career progressions into other roles or even new roles in the company.
