Firmware update available
Restore micro SD write support
On some D1 Labs High Speed 2-in-1 Card Reader units, the micro SD slot can read cards but not write. The full-size SD slot already supports both read and write. Updating the firmware restores micro SD write function.
We apologise for the inconvenience — the update takes a few minutes on a Windows PC.
- Download and extract the firmware ZIP on a Windows PC.
- Plug in the card reader (insert an SD card if it does not appear).
- Open MultiTool from the extracted folder, then choose F/W & EEPROM.
- Load TW01.BIN from the TW01 folder and wait for a successful verify.
- Unplug and replug the reader to finish.
