Three Fast Replacements.
The DJI Care Refresh offers three replacements in two years. You can have your product replaced for a small excess fee. The first replacement fee is $79 AUD, the second replacement is $79 AUD, and the third replacement is $89 AUD.
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where the aircraft can go missing during flight of the drone is unable to be retrieved. This allows you to have a worry-free and less stressful experienced. Claimable once in 12 months. *Please make sure that your flyaway coverage service is bound to your DJI account and the remote controller that is being used to control the aircraft (done through the DJI Fly app). The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or remote controller were unbounded before the flyaway occurred.

DJI Care Refresh Service Process.
DJI Care has exclusive technical service channels to provide support, including online chat and call support. Your requests will be transferred to DJI Care service channels to provide you with express replacement.
When an accident occurs involving your aircraft, you can choose replacement or repair at an additional cost and the DJI Service Centre will respond to your request accordingly.

A 1 year Care Refresh plan does not extend the standard 12 Month Warranty. If your drone is purchased through D1 Store, your drone will have the 2nd year extended warranty (excluding batteries) by default.
A 2 year Care Refresh plan does extend the standard 12 Month Warranty out to 24 Months Warranty. This is calculated from when the DJI Care Refresh is bound to your drone.

The DJI Care Refresh covers for Pilot/User error whereas the Manufacturer's Warranty covers the product malfunction due to a non-user error. If a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, DJI will provide the appropriate service whether that is replacement or repair. If a user error occurs, you will simply need to pay an excess fee (if you have enough replacements remaining on your care plan) and DJI will exchange the damaged drone for a replacement drone (if the error occurs when the Care Refresh plan is active).
