With the DJI Care Refresh, you will receive a prioritised replacement service including accidental water damage. The care program minimises downtime and will get you back in the air in no time.
Three Fast Replacements
The DJI Care Refresh offers three replacements in two years, including one chance to use the new Flyaway coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions or missing aircraft (Flyaway Coverage), you can have your product replaced for an excess fee.
The first replacement fee is $79 AUD with the second replacement fee being $79 AUD and the third replacement fee being $89.. The Flyaway Coverage excess fee is $379 AUD.
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where the aircraft can go missing during flight of the drone is unable to be retrieved. This allows you to have a worry-free and less stressful experienced. This can be claimed 2 times in 24 months.
*Please make sure that your flyaway coverage service is bound to your DJI account and the remote controller that is being used to control the aircraft (done through the DJI Fly app). The flyaway replacement service cannot be used if the account or remote controller were unbounded before the flyaway occurred.
