The DJI Care Refresh offers two replacements in one year. You can have your product replaced for a small excess fee.

The first replacement fee is $59 AUD with the second replacement fee being $79 AUD.

Exclusive International Warranty Service provided by DJI Care Refresh, you can have access to replacement or repair service at any DJI Authorised Repair Centre across the globe after confirming the product eligibility. The international warranty service is only available for DJI products purchased from official DJI Stores and Authorised Resellers such as D1 Store.
