Three Fast Replacements.
The DJI Care Refresh offers three replacements in two years, including one chance to use the new Flyaway coverage. When it comes to accidents like water damage, collisions or missing aircraft (Flyaway Coverage), you can have your product replaced for an excess fee.
The first replacement fee is $229 AUD, the second replacement is $289 AUD and the third replacement is $319 AUD. The Flyaway Coverage excess fee is $1039 AUD.
DJI Care Refresh Flyaway Coverage covers situations where the aircraft can go missing during flight if the drone is unable to be retrieved. This allows you to have a worry-free and less stressful experienced. Claimable once in 12 months.
*Please make sure that your flyaway coverage service is bound to your DJI account and the remote controller that is being used to control the aircraft (done through the DJI Fly app).
